Connie joined the Company in January 2007 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to that Connie held the position of Vice President Controller for Fiserv Insurance Solutions. She joined Fiserv in 1973 as a secretary. She moved into the Accounting Department as an assistant bookkeeper in 1976. She was appointed Accounting Manager in 1979, elected Controller of the Company in 1990 and Vice President in 2000. Here at Ovation Networks, Connie is responsible for all operations in connection with financial and human resource matters and manages all accounting and office management staff. She reports all monthly and quarterly financial activities to the Board of Directors. She is an active member of the senior management team, serves as a Notary Public for the State of Iowa and has been a member of the Society for Human Resource Management since 1992.
